I'm was getting to Old for This...

Today I was at work and one of my colleges who had taken a moment to stretch, groaned and said "I'm getting to old for this Robert". without missing a beat I responded "May your strength be renewed like the eagles!"   It quite frankly caught me off guard and my coworker just shook his head and laughed with an if only style comment.  Afterwords I realized, the truth of the words that I had read in Bible (Isaiah 40:31 to be exact). You see if we look past our current pain, past our current struggle and focus ourselves on promise of the Lord then we discover a new strength and renewing of power over our lives.
